Graduate Nurse Residency Program

The Graduate Nurse Residency Program at ECHRS was designed to support new grads transition from an academic nursing program to actual practice, prior to setting for the NCLEX.

Our paid 12 week on the job learning program is the foundation for developing a meaningful career in the nursing profession at a highly rated skilled nursing facility. We provide innovative training that focuses on resident/patient outcomes, leadership and your professional role.

What our program offers

  • Well-Rounded Training: Our structured program includes classroom instruction, clinical lab and simulation activities, a precepted clinical experience and mentorship, and ongoing online learning. You will have many opportunities to put your knowledge into practice.
  • Guidance and support: Our residency is an investment in the next generation of nurses. With that in mind, we offer caring, evidence-based preceptor, mentor and leadership support as you transition to your professional nursing position.
  • 12 Weeks @ $25 per hour to learn and grow: Our team members inspire each other to pursue excellence each day.
